Job Location

The manager is located in Salisbury, but the role is HYBRID and can be based at any nearest Corporate Henkel Office (EST or CST).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Assistant with a strong emphasis on data analysis. The ideal candidate will support our sustainability initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to environmental performance, resource usage, and sustainability metrics. This role will be critical in helping to drive our sustainability goals and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Collection and Management
    • Validate data related to sustainability metrics such as energy usage, waste management, water consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions.
    • Maintain databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sustainability data.
  2. Data Analysis
    • Analyze sustainability data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Utilize statistical software and tools to perform quantitative analysis and create models for sustainability performance.
  3. Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on sustainability metrics and performance for internal and external stakeholders.
